Return Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product in full. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (maximum of 14 days) and that good care has been taken.


Our guarantee and warranty information

14-day refund or replacement

Try any of our products for 14 days. If you are not completely satisfied we will, at your option, replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your purchase price in full (less shipping costs).

Defective or Damaged Items

YOU MUST CONTACT us via email at within 5 days of receiving a damaged item. We will then advise you on the steps that will correct the situation.

Shipping damage: All packaging must be kept. Email us for further instructions to correct that situation.

Defective items will be replaced if returned within 14 days. Please contact customer service to report defective items via email.

Do not return any items without contacting us. We will instruct you on where to send items. If you do not contact irina.burlaca.com within 5 days of receiving the damaged item, irina.burlaca.com will not be held liable.

In addition, you get the following extended warranty services:

Every product you buy from this site must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for replacement.

To return items, we ask that you email us for a return merchandise number (RMA). No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. This will help us better serve you.

Items returned within the 14-day period will receive a full refund provided it is returned in good condition. If any item is return to us damaged or in an un-sellable condition, NO REFUND will be given.

Shipping costs to return an item is at your expense. You should properly pack and ship in the same shipping container that you received the items in. You should also ship using Canada or US Post and have insurance on the package. If your return package is lost or damaged in shipping it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company you chose to use. We are not liable.

Items not returned in good condition WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
